Virtually all the sweet baby folds, wrinkles and folds of the head, ears, eyes, nose, fingers, feet and toes are captured with this technology. Then the small details are carefully checked to ensure that the detail will be transferred beautifully on vinyl. Then an impression of the 3D prototype is created using one of the highest resolution 3D printers on the market today. From the prototype 3d printing, molds for the canvas of the most renowned artists (the realborn® vinyl doll parts) are created.

Our babies arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate has an image of the real baby and the real footprints, created from the scans of the real baby, as well as a place for you to sign your own artist / nursery name and write your baby's birth data (weight , length, etc.).
