Virtually all baby sweet folds, wrinkles and folds on the head, ears, eyes, nose, fingers, feet and toes are captured with this technology, then small details are carefully checked to ensure detail will transfer beautifully on vinyl. A print of the 3D prototype is then created using one of the highest resolution 3D printers on the market today. From the 3d prototype printing, the perfect canvas casts of the most renowned artists (Realborn® vinyl doll parts) are created.

Our babies arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate has a picture of the actual baby and the actual footprints, created from the actual baby's scans, as well as a place for you to sign your own artist / nursery name and write your baby's birth details (weight , length, etc.).
